Marketing Coordinator / Generalist (Full-Time - Singapore-based)
Ready to work hard, learn fast, and make a real creative and data-driven impact in a dynamic company? We're on the hunt for a Marketing Coordinator / Generalist to join our Singapore team. This isn't just a role; it's an opportunity to rapidly build a broad, hands-on skillset, with a significant focus on visual storytelling, effective design, and measurable results.
You'll be instrumental in bringing our brand to life, getting hands-on with:

• Creative Content & Graphic Design: Developing compelling visual assets for all channels. Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential, and a background in graphic design will be a huge plus.

• Data-Driven Marketing Effectiveness: Possessing a strong understanding of marketing performance, what works (and what doesn't) across different mediums. You'll analyze the effectiveness of emails, visuals, and various marketing channels to inform future strategies.
• Email Marketing campaigns: Crafting visually appealing and effective email communications based on performance insights.
• Social Media Strategy & Execution: Designing engaging visuals and managing our social presence, continually optimizing for engagement.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Optimizing our digital footprint with a keen eye on analytics.

• Paid Advertising Campaigns: Designing and executing ads that capture attention and deliver measurable ROI.
• Website Updates & Maintenance: Ensuring our online presence is fresh, engaging, and performs well.

We're looking for someone with a sharp creative eye and an analytical mind--whether you're an experienced marketing generalist with design chops and a track record of data-driven decisions, or a highly driven fresh graduate eager to apply your graphic design background and learn quickly about marketing effectiveness.
You must be based in Singapore and have the legal right to work in Singapore. You'll be excited about collaborating closely with a tight-knit team.
