We are looking for an intern to join us from December 2022/January 2023 onwards, for a 6-7 months commitment. Please indicate your availability, i.e duration and full-time/part-time in your application. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.

The successful candidate will join the Industrial Automation (IA) Global eCommerce team where we drive IA eCommerce growth globally with countries and partners.

You will be assigned tasks focusing on developing the best-in-class customer experience on our eCommerce partners’ websites, with evaluation on the customer journey route to purchase, as well as proposing and developing the right assets to support this action.

What will you do?

• 
  Responsible for ensuring enriched contents in Global eCommerce Catalogue is available for countries
• 
  Creation of IA eCommerce landing pages and E+ content for deployment in partners’ website
• 
  Interaction with Line of Businesses to ensure content accuracy with eCommerce landing pages
• 
  Consolidating best practices of campaigns that can be shared globally
• 
  Evaluation and proposals of ideal customer journey in selected partner websites
• 
  Support with community engagement related tasks (e.g. monthly newsletters)
• 
  Responsible for campaign results evaluation
• 
  Assist in creating product bundles for different customer types
• 
  Assist in the development of an analytics framework to evaluate eCommerce performance

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Arts, Communications, or related
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
• 
  Proficiency with using Tableau, Google Analytics, SEMRush will be an added advantage
• 
  Ability to navigate in ambiguous environment and have good judgement skills
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 
  Result-oriented, attention to details, proactive, dynamic, and effective individuals
