Job Description

Work under the guidance of Brand & Marketing Executive to reach the company's marketing goals and objectives.

• Be involved and assist the Brand & Marketing Team on key product launches in-stores, online and all matters related to Media and Consumer Facing Brand Launch events.
• Play a key role and work closely with the Marketing Managers to coordinate marketing activities with relevant partners across all markets
• E-commerce site monitoring and updating; To ensure:
• All new products are live and pricing are correct
• Digital animations are updated (brand banner etc.)
• Social and digital assets tracking and coordination with stakeholders
• Competitor Research
• Conduct and present pricing analysis on product benchmarks against competitors across all brands and related markets
• Tracking & consolidate competitor launches, being able to analyse and highlight best practices or opportunities in the market
• Marketing Administration
• Bi-weekly competitor reporting on in-store, digital and social activities
• Social monitoring reports across all brands and markets
• Handle day-to-day team administrative & organisational tasks (i.e. delivery management, etc.)
• Arrange meetings with internal and external contacts, liaise with various internal departments where necessary
• Maintain product and tester inventory and manage product requests when required

Skills - Experience

• Able to commit from Jan 26 to Jun 26 on full time basis
• Highly creative and have original, out-of-the-box ideas.
• Passionate about beauty/skincare and are excited about the brands.
• Meticulous, and demonstrate high attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment quickly to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently without supervision and proactively within a team.
• A Collaborator who values integrity, innovation, respect and excellence.
• Curious and open to the ideas of others, able to take calculated risks.
• Positive, exhibits a can-do spirit and willingness to learn.
• Motivated and proactive with good social and communication skills.
• Previous experience in marketing or beauty related fields would be a plus.
• Able to commit at least 6 months of internship, full-time.
