About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Intern with a strong visual/design background to support our brand's growth in Singapore and the region. This role is ideal for someone who loves content creation, social media, and visual storytelling especially within beauty and skincare

You will work closely with the founder and marketing team to execute daily creative and marketing tasks, build brand presence, and assist in launching new products.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

Manage and update brand social accounts (TikTok, Instagram) Assist in scheduling, posting, and engaging with followers Support monthly content planning and idea generation

2. Visual Content Creation

Create infographics, social media thumbnails, and digital assets Design visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools Edit short-form videos for reels/TikTok (basic editing acceptable)

3. Product & Packaging Design Support

Assist in design, label layout, and packaging mockups Coordinate with printers/design vendors if needed Prepare files for production and sampling

4. KOL / Influencer Seeding

Build and manage a list of relevant KOLs Coordinate product seeding, shipping, and follow-ups Track content deliverables and performance

5. Content Creation Support

Assist in photo/video shoots Capture behind-the-scenes content during shoots Help brainstorm creative concepts for campaigns, UGC, and ads

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related fields Strong design sense with experience in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar Familiar with social media trends (TikTok, IG Reels, beauty/lifestyle creators) Bonus: Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.) Bonus: Experience with product or packaging design Creative, proactive, organised, and willing to learn
