Job Title: Marketing Intern

About the Role

• Through this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be able to gain an understanding of:
• How the SEA Distributor Business Unit functions and how to liaise with key markets to support them to achieve best-in-class campaign executions
• How to communicate and work with multiple SEA Distributor Markets and partners with established brands under Coty
• How to create a brand marketing campaign through ideations, regular connects with local teams on plan approvals to help execute and bring campaigns to life
• The ins & outs of Beauty industry and market dynamics

• Work as part of a team to serve as liaison between Marketing and Business Development
• Work closely with distributor markets on marketing campaigns for assigned brands
• Liaise with relevant key stakeholders to get approvals for all 360 launch plans, KOL engagements, E-comm executions, media and all other campaign assets and activations
• Support markets by providing relevant toolkits, brand guidelines, assets and collaterals
• Assist Marketing team with updates on trackers on forecasting, KOL lists, campaign completion reports, issuance of PO/PRs to vendors and distributors
• Manage, organize & track lab samples and gathering of feedback
• Support Marketing team with ad-hoc requests

• Able to commit for at least 6 months (Jan to Jun 2024) for a full-time internship.
• Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
• Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
• Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
• Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
