More about the role
At our Singapore office, we're looking for a dynamic Marketing Intern to support our acquisition and retention efforts in CFDs (Contracts for Difference) and share dealing. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate with a passion for finance and digital marketing.
What you'll do
You'll be directly involved in campaign execution, analytics, and operations--across multiple fronts:
Campaign Ideation & Support

• Assist in brainstorming and developing creative marketing ideas to drive customer acquisition and retention for both CFDs and share dealing products.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaign objectives with business goals.

Campaign Setup, Tracking & Optimization

• Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: setup, performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and ongoing optimization.
• Use digital tools and analytics to recommend improvements in targeting, budgeting, and creatives.
• Support email and push notification sends to notify clients of market updates, campaigns, and new product releases

Campaign Deals & Incentive Processing

• Support the operational execution of campaign deals and client incentives--ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Invoice & Payment Management

• Prepare and process marketing invoices, manage payment schedules, and collaborate with finance teams for reconciliation and records.

What you'll need for this role

• A fresh graduate (or final-year student) with a keen interest in investments, trading, and financial markets.
• Eager to enter the fintech or trading space, with an understanding of CFDs and share dealing being an advantage.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset--comfortable working with basic campaign analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with good teamwork skills.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced marketing environment.
