What we want you to do...

• Assist in specific areas of work such as advertising, promotion of products and market research, as well as administration of marketing and sales
• Assist with all copy writing and editing
• Support the team in daily tasks
• Assist in coordinating the various work requirements and tracking timelines of project
• Prepare presentation materials required
• Assist with the social media monitoring & provide support to social media efforts
• Collecting competitors activities and performance (online and offline)
• Coordination and meeting various trade partners and media parties on project progress
• Assist in creation of press kits, mock ups and email campaigns, online promotion, etc
• Assist in distribution or delivery of marketing materials
• Assist in fulfilment, packing and collection of sales order, BA allowance
• Assist with execution of brand events
• Assist with resizing of ecom banner if necessary
• Respond to customer enquiry
• Propose action plans to address potential issues

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree
• Can commit to at least 12 weeks of full-time work
• Have a proven track record
• Experience in InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator (Required)
• Love beauty, technology & digital experience
• Passionate, positive & collaborative
• Love working and contributing in a fast-paced environment
• Open to showcase your experience on social media with current & future interns
