About the role

Kopifellas started in 2017 with a vision to preserve and promote Singapore's food heritage through our innovative concepts. We are looking for a creative, passionate, and highly motivated marketing intern to join our marketing team. We want someone willing to learn, likes to keep up with social media trends, and has a flair for converting information into creative content.



Responsibilities

• Assist with social media marketing e.g. manage social media accounts, maintain FB/IG content calendar, content creation, campaign ads, daily customer engagements, answering feedback and enquiries
• Assist the marketing team with digital marketing, marcomms and ad-hoc projects, while working closely with Asst Marketing Manager, Director, and relevant stakeholders to achieve deliverables
• Assist with PR efforts e.g. media monitoring and maintaining a PR list

Requirements

• Singaporean/PR student currently pursuing a diploma/degree in communication, marketing, or digital media
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in design and creative tools e.g. Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, etc
• Experience in content creation and managing social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
• Ability to quickly learn and possess
• Able to start immediately/on short notice, able to commit 3-6 months internship period

Employment Type

• Full-time internship of 3-6 months
• Monday-Friday, office hours 9am-6pm
• Allowance: $800/month (polytechnic), $1,000/month (university)
• Smart casual attire
• Possible to convert to a part-time/contract positions after the internship has ended
