We're looking for a creative, resourceful, and motivated Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll get real exposure to content creation, branding, and digital marketing campaigns that shape how our company is presented to clients and the public.
If you're someone who enjoys storytelling through design, visuals, and social media, this internship will give you the perfect platform to bring ideas to life while learning directly from industry professionals.
What You'll Do
1. Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns to promote our services and projects
• Track and report on campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement

2. Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts showcasing our projects, milestones, and behind-the-scenes stories
• Support daily management of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (and explore TikTok opportunities)
• Stay updated on trending content ideas to keep our platforms fresh and engaging

3. Branding & Corporate Identity

• Ensure consistent branding across all digital and offline channels
• Assist in developing creative assets such as project banners, event visuals, and construction site signboards
• Contribute to creative ideas for tender submissions and corporate positioning

4. Content Creation & Production

• Brainstorm and develop fresh content ideas for digital platforms
• Assist in producing short-form videos, reels, and photo content to highlight our works and services
• Collaborate with project managers to translate technical content into simple, audience-friendly language

5. Research & Admin Support

• Conduct market/competitor research to inspire content and strategy
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Familiar with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Basic graphic and video editing skills (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with creativity and initiative
• A curious, self-motivated learner who isn't afraid to pitch new ideas
