Job Description

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in executing various tasks related to social media management, vendor coordination, and content creation. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a keen interest in digital marketing.

Position Responsibilities:

Email Management:


Manage daily correspondence and ensure timely responses within the Marketing inbox.


Social Media Coordination:


Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of social media content.
Liaise with vendors and assist in the review and approval process for marketing posts. Update social media assets, including stories, highlights, and thumbnails.
Content Creation and Copywriting:


Contribute to the development of marketing content for campaign and events. Draft and proofread social media captions, event write-ups, and promotional materials.
Vendor and Project Coordination:


Coordinate with external vendors on creative deliverables and timelines. Support the preparation of digital assets and project materials.
Event Support:


Assist in event logistics, preparation of marketing materials, and post-event reporting.
Administrative Tasks:


Update website content, prepare marketing reports, and assist with general administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Able to commit from May 2026 to Aug 2026 Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
