In the Travel Retail sector, you will learn in-depth knowledge of beauty and consumer trends and learn how to spot business and marketing opportunities within APAC and craft and implement promotional campaigns tailored to the unique travellers profiles in each region.We believe in maintaining a professional attitude while infusing an element of fun into our workplace. You will not only be able to learn but also leave a lasting impact on our dynamic and globally focused team.YOUR MISSION Based in Singapore, this position will be responsible to work as a part of the marketing team to support the team in developing the business in the TR APAC region.

• Work as part of marketing team to serve as liaison between marketing, commercial, digital and visual merchandising
• Assist in coordination of all marketing initiatives
• Request, review and consolidate information for reporting such as promotion calendar, promotion photos & results, in-store activities and any other adhoc reporting
• Build and update sell-out reports
• Monitor competition initiatives and assist in analyzing and compilation of reports
• Manage, organize and track products and lab samples for all launches and manage inventory to cater to all events
• Assist in coordination and creation of locally produced collaterals, ensuring brand adherence
• Assist in development and rollout of Travel Retail Exclusive Kits. To monitor competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities and assist Product Manager to make recommendations to portfolio to stay competitive and increase market share
• Assist in coordination of key events such as PR events, Expert seminars, regional meetings and Tax-Free World Exhibition
• Admin support to help team submit quotations for PO creation and liaise with suppliers

QualificationsWHO YOU ARE

• Able to commit for at least 6 months (Jan to Jun 2025) for a full-time internship.

• Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
• Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
• Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.

• Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
• Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
• Fluency communication in English and Chinese, due to the Travel Retail business natural
