Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our Senior Marketing & Communications Manager. This role will provide hands-on experience in marketing asset and content development, including but not limited to presentations, brochures, social media and videos, as well as website management, graphic design, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for both sustainability and marketing, eager to contribute and learn in a fast-paced environment.

How You Will Make an Impact

Direct Support

: Assist the Senior Manager with daily tasks, scheduling, and reporting.

Website Management

: Maintain and update the corporate website (3 languages), manage content, and monitor analytics.

Social Media

: Create engaging content, schedule posts, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Graphic Design

: Maintain brand assets, design marketing materials, and update company profiles.

Event Support

: Coordinate with organizers, assist with logistics, and promote events across channels.

Vendor Management

: Assist with vendor feedback, asset delivery and monitoring project development.

Content Creation

: Assist with writing and editing blog posts, press releases, media articles and website content.

Promotional Goods

: Maintain adequate stocks across markets and a pool of suitable vendors, liaising directly with all markets to support their needs and collaborate on sourcing.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Education:

Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), familiarity with CMS.

Communication

: Strong writing and editing skills, fluency in English. Mandarin or Japanese is a plus.
