The Informa Tech division provides specialist research, media, events and training to businesses and professionals working in technology. The division houses all of Informa\'s brands and businesses that deliver services to specialist technology communities.



Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing team for the Asia Tech x SG event with email and social media campaign creation, paid ad campaigns, website updates, data management and reporting
• This might include:

• Support in Marketing Content and Collateral creation or updates
• Support in social media content creation & updating project tracking calendar
• Use content builder platforms to prepare the content for email creation
• Campaign tracking across various Marketing channels
• Analysis of data for both pre- and post-campaign reporting and improving email performance
• Liaise with media partners and event sponsors to ensure contract fulfilments are met
• Weekly reporting generation
• Administrative support for the event
• You will be assigned to a buddy whom you can tap on for guidance and mentoring as needed

Requirements:

• Students pursuing a diploma or degree in Business/ Marketing/ Communications/ Media Management/ Journalism/ Arts & Social Sciences
• Able to commit full time for at least 5-6 months
• Excellent written and communication skills in English
• Creative design, video production and editing skills (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canva)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Good knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube)
• Familiarity with HTML/Python is a plus
