Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern to join our new, cutting edge scientific services company. The ideal candidate should be passionate about biotech and new technology and have a strong desire to learn about the new advances in the industry. The Marketing Intern will work closely with the leadership team and setup social media efforts for the company and develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and also participate in presentations and launch events. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish company social media presence and initial campaigns to announce launch of company
- Assist in the design, development and execution of marketing campaigns in social media and direct email channels.
- Maintain the company\'s website and social media accounts, ensuring they are up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
- Collaborate with the design team and subject matter experts to create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, web traffic, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Support the organization and execution of events and conferences.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as presentations, proposals, and sales collateral.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or a recent graduate in related area.
- Passion for cutting edge technologies and interest in the biotech/biomedical industry
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and experience using them for business purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
