We are looking for a Marketing Intern (Social Media) to support in marketing matters. This candidate will be reporting to the Senior Manager - Digital Marketing & Partnerships.

  • Working Location: Ubi
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6.30 PM)
  • Salary: Up to $1.5K
Responsibilities:
  • Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content, aligned with the brand\'s tone and style.
  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms, such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Schedule and publish social media content using social media management tools, ensuring consistency and timely delivery of content.
  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant tools, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, and engage with the audience to build relationships and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media activities with other marketing initiatives, such as email marketing, content marketing, and events.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, algorithms, and industry news to inform social media strategies and content creation.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks/projects that may arise from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a diploma or degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field, and/or interested in internships.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content for social media posts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with audiences on social media in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Extroverted personality with a genuine passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong attention to accuracy and quality in content creation.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong interest and passion for video editing, shooting high-quality content, and creating compelling videos.
  • The ability and willingness to confidently appear on camera to present the content will be an advantage.
