Assist Marketing Head-of-Department (HOD) with the preparation of creative assets for marketing campaigns (promotion, banner upload, page monitoring, newsletters).

Preparing analysis and reports for team sharing and preparing after-action reviews.

Performing administrative and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Marketing HOD.

Conceptualise and implement marketing campaigns and activities to build and maintain high brand awareness.

Manage brand initiatives across digital marketing, social media and e-commerce platforms.

Conducting research on current and future trends in the industry to fine-tune marketing plans.

Developing advertising copy and editorial content for advertisements.

Planning and executing marketing videos for advertising campaigns and brand awareness.

Working closely with in-house designer to develop marketing materials.

Liaise with operations team in the execution of in-shop promotional campaigns, BTL promotions.

Monitor and ensure that set KPIs are met by monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, events and promotions.

Track and analyse competitor activity.

Other ad hoc and administrative support as required.
