Marketing Intern

As a Marketing intern, you will:
Play an integral role in supporting strategic marketing campaigns across all of Thales\xe2\x80\x99 five key sectors.
Have your work impact critical business development and sales objectives.
Work closely with various teams (including innovation, engineering, research & technology, sales and business development) in the organization.
Experience working in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment, with opportunities to interact with both local and international colleagues.
Have the opportunity to engage and interact with customers at various marketing platforms.
Specific tasks and activities you will be involved in:
Market Research and Strategic Business Intelligence:
Conduct market research and analysis so as to gain insights needed to get a better understanding of Thales\xe2\x80\x99 target industries and markets, competitors, customers & partners.
Researching and gathering market intelligence through desktop research and from key industry events in Singapore, or webinars.
Present findings to Thales\xe2\x80\x99 commercial team in the form of reports and/or PowerPoint presentation.
Creating newsletters with internal business tools and distributing it to stakeholders.
Marketing Content and Collateral Development:
Support the marketing team in drafting and refining market pitches, presentations and demonstrations to external audiences, as well as the accompanying materials (pitch decks, demo guides etc.).
Strategic Workshops and Events Management:
Assist to design and execute marketing campaigns.
Provide support in the planning and execution of strategic marketing workshops (such as Value Proposition Canvas and Business Model Canvas) and customer visits.
Requirements:
Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively with colleagues across various functions and departments.
University or Polytechnic students majoring in Business/Marketing, Arts & Social Science, or Communications preferred.
