Job Description

Objective of role: \xc2\xb7 Involve in execution of marketing campaigns that deliver on business\xe2\x80\x99s sales objectives and grow Cocomi\xe2\x80\x99s brand awareness in all operating markets. \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute social calendar to grow social following, presence, and engagement. Key accountabilities: Marketing Campaigns \xc2\xb7 Assist in executing marketing campaign activities across Timepiece\xe2\x80\x99s omnichannel business model. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with external stakeholders (malls, vendors, partners), internal stakeholders (merchandise, logistics, creative) to ensure timely deliverance on all marketing campaign activities and promotions. \xc2\xb7 Support in planning and executing customer engagement and retail events. Digital Marketing \xc2\xb7 Assist with social media content planning and execution across all brands. \xc2\xb7 Assist in photoshoots as part of social media content creation. \xc2\xb7 Provide copywriting of social and digital content to maintain engagement and deliver on intended call-to-action. General Marketing \xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate and execute any mall-related marketing activities that retail stores participate in. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining and upkeeping principal brand assets archive to ensure assets in use are up to date. \xc2\xb7 Preparing marketing-related presentations and reports whenever necessary. \xc2\xb7 Attend activation and events on site (some may be after hours) to assist with onsite logistics and execution. Marketing Administration \xc2\xb7 Carry out marketing administration tasks such as filing, invoicing and reporting and others as requested by the team \xc2\xb7 Proofreading copy on marketing collaterals \xc2\xb7 Maintain and update member\xe2\x80\x99s databases regularly. \xc2\xb7 Arranging distribution of marketing materials to ensure timely delivery of each campaign. Decision making: Without referral to manager \xc2\xb7 Prioritisation of tasks \xc2\xb7 Resolution of decision regarding the day-to-day implementation/execution of the Approved Marketing Plan Job Type: Internship
