Incorporated in 2016, AgileAsia is a leading training provider specialising in Agile, AI, and Sustainability certification programmes. The company is an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) under SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and partners with institutions such as SUTD, NTUC LearningHub, and SMU to co-deliver its programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Social Media Support:

• Assist in designing social media posts, reels, cover images, and support video editing/production for various platforms.
• Branding & Visual Design:

• Contribute to the redesign and updating of visual guide templates.
• Assist in the design and creation of event collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Events, Advertising and Brand Development Support:

• Participate in the design and preparation of materials for events, including photography, videography, and live event support.
• Assist in creating branded materials for advertising and public relations efforts, such as banners, T-shirts, and exhibition boards.
• Design banners and content such as, direct messaging campaigns (WhatsApp) to support business development initiatives.
• Regional Market Support:

• Assist in designing collateral for Asia markets, ensuring the content is visually appealing and culturally relevant.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro) or similar design tools.
• Basic video editing skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Passion for design and a strong desire to learn
• Open to feedback and eager to learn and listen from different perspectives.
