creative and passionate Marketing Executive
who can bring our brand story to life through powerful social media and video content.
Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will focus on

, creating impactful TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and social media campaigns that showcase Home-A-Genius's vision --

This role requires a strong sense of visual design, trend awareness, and a passion for creating relatable and aspirational content that connects with design-conscious homeowners and tech-savvy audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation
Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
Create creative concepts to showcase product features, smart home benefits, and client transformations.
Maintain consistent brand voice, style, and storytelling across platforms.
Video Production & Editing
Plan and execute marketing shoots -- including scriptwriting, filming, and post-production editing.
Edit product demonstrations, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes content using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Brand Awareness & Campaigns
Strategize and execute campaigns to increase Home-A-Genius's reach.
Collaborate with the design and sales teams to produce visuals that align with seasonal campaigns, launches, and showroom promotions.
Digital Marketing Support
Manage posting schedules, engagement tracking, and audience analytics.
Suggest social media collaborations, influencer tie-ups, or partnerships with ID firms and lifestyle brands.
Community Engagement
Monitor messages, comments, and inquiries across all social media platforms.
Work with the team to enhance Home-A-Genius's online customer service tone and presence.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or video production (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome).
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong creative sense, trend awareness, and understanding of social media algorithms.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills -- both visual and written.
Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Passion for technology, smart homes, and lifestyle content is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing TikTok and Instagram business accounts.
Knowledge of digital ad placements (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
Basic photography and graphic design (Canva/Photoshop).
Ability to work occasional weekends for event coverage or video shoots.
