Prepare captions, visual assets, and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines.
Track and report engagement metrics to improve future posts.
Campaign Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand events.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and influencers where necessary.
Support offline/online event logistics and campaign rollouts.
Market & Competitor Research
Conduct research on consumer trends and competitor activities.
Prepare simple reports and insights to support planning and decision-making.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain digital asset libraries (images, brand files, creative archives).
Support documentation and meeting follow-ups.
Assist with basic data entry and tracking of marketing results.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business, or related field.
Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, or video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
Photography or content creation experience.
Basic understanding of social media analytics.
