Organisation Overview:

Films harness immense power towards self-discovery and have the power to translate experiences across space and time. We hope to lead our audiences on a journey to recognise the vulnerabilities that all of us face. By using this easily relatable medium, barriers will be broken and Singaporeans will gain more accessibility into navigating the topic of mental health wellness. MHFFS conducts an annual film festival, short film youth competition and multiple satellite events around mental health

Brief Description:

This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing and Communications department in planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluation of all marketing and communications efforts of the organisation and its programme. The intern will also support content management of all social media accounts including the design and creation of any marketing material suitable across various media platforms whilst learning to manage the digital community.



Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

1) Apply data analytics for research and strategy planning

2) Gain knowledge in soft skills such as communications and presentation and negotiation

3) Participate in design/communications/UX skills

4) Learn the impact and facilitation of digital and technological solutions for media and content creation for a social cause of mental health awareness

5) To be able to write succinctly appealing to user pain points and tailor in accordance to medium

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Execute and support marketing and communication strategies to promote organisation and its services

2) Assist in market research and analysis to evaluate trends and brand awareness

3) Support and maintain digital presence and cover live events

4) Maintain and engage with digital audience

5) Copywrite, generate words, slogans and audio scripts

6) Conceptualise, brainstorm and design production of all marketing materials with design volunteers/agency

7) Assist in other marketing initiatives

17-25 years old
Singaporean/PR
available FULL TIME from March - April
