Job Description

:

  • The Marketing Junior Manger will assist in the management of Consumer Relations process and daily operation, regular reporting requests and Product/Innovation project tracking.
  • Maintain an efficient and responsive APAC Consumer Relations operations and upkeep high-quality CR service standards to consumers. This includes close liaison with vendors, providing training, tracking monthly expenditure against budget, coordinating on fulfilment activities to consumers, ensure timing CR contract renewal with vendors, regular CR reporting and monitoring to ensure that defined KPIs are being achieved.
  • Lead regular product/innovation initiative meetings with markets and work with relevant functional teams to coordinate sample pickups and ensure claims used on packaging and communication materials are fully supported.
  • Support APAC and MEI markets in the issuance, tracking and communication of all product claim-related initiatives.
  • Support marketing and commercial teams on regular & ad-hoc reports generation to share progress status and actionable insights regarding best-in-class trade marketing activation, retail channel and product portfolio opportunities.
  • Responsible for regular product portfolio updates and competitive tracking, and disseminating the updates to APAC markets.
  • Provide support for a smooth marketing procurement process and follow up on the relevant Purchase Orders to ensure that they are fully delivered and closed within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Assist in other Product Management & innovation related projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in business-related faculty.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience (Consumer relations, Marketing, B2C retail, Product management) with commercial awareness, preferably in multinational companies.
  • Able to communicate effectively and confidently, both through speaking and writing.
  • Good problem-solving skills and resourceful.
  • Has experience managing projects.
  • Analytical and has the ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate through words, text and visualization.
  • High level of initiative and assertiveness.
  • Excellent organizational skills, in particular time management (able to plan schedule and keep deadlines) and coordination skills (liaison with cross functional teams for report/info). Must have an eye for details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office software is a must.
  • Self-driven, self-disciplined.
Other Information:

This role will be reporting directly to Asia Marketing Associate Director, Strategy & Innovation, who is based in Singapore.
