The Role

We\'re looking for an all-round marketer with experience who will work with the sales and product teams to drive, and co-ordinate all forms of marketing across the entire product portfolio and across South-East Asia, India and Greater China. Reporting into the Head of Global Marketing & Comms (based out of Europe) you will leverage global marketing assets and resources, including digital marketing, product marketing, PR and design to deliver localised communications, campaigns, content and events. Depending on experience, you may also be given responsibility for global marketing strategy for a main line of business, e.g.: Insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • All field marketing for SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam), India and Greater China (Taiwan, China, Hong Kong).
  • Developing marketing plans for each market with the team based on objectives and targets (e.g.: demand generation, lead generation and pipeline) and budget.
  • Stakeholder management and communications internally and externally for co-ordinated activity around campaigns, product launches and events.
  • Management of local third-party agencies or resource as required (e.g.: for copywriting, design, event management).
  • Contributing content ideas for digital distribution both local and global to help drive thought leadership, engagement and awareness.
  • Monitoring competitive activity, product and client news and identifying PR opportunities in the region and managing PR activity assisted by global PR.
  • Briefing central marketing resource (e.g.: product marketing, digital marketing, paid digital advertising, design and video, PR) in detail to execute campaigns, communications or collateral development and managing production.
  • Creating and sending email campaigns and newsletters to clients and prospects including triggered campaigns/workflows using HubSpot (there will be time for onboarding/training).
Requirements

Ideally, you bring:
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience in B2B marketing - ideally with long, complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in technology and/or financial services (banking or insurance).
  • Excellent project management and organization skills.
  • Experience in event and stakeholder management.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to adapt and learn new skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Complete fluency in English.
  • Ability to speak either Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), or Korean, or Japanese would be an advantage (but not mandatory).
