Job Description

We are looking for individuals who are experienced industry practitioners or adult learning trainers, particularly in business, e-commerce, digital marketing, social media marketing, data analytics or emerging tech disciplines. These individuals will assume the role and responsibilities that span across curriculum development, class management, training, as well as development of industry networks and collaborations that drive strategic retail initiatives.
Responsibilities:

• Undertake strategic project and partnership development & management
• Design and develop quality curriculum and course materials
• Facilitate and administer to the requirements of the course development process
• Train and manage classes, support class administration, and ensure that all coursework and assessments meet the intended learning outcomes according to the course and module specifications

Skills / knowledge / experience required and/or preferred:

• Proven proficiency and experience in the area
• Strong project management and creative-solutioning skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong presentation skills
• Adept with Microsoft Office

Minimum years of experience and educational qualifications (please indicate preferred discipline):

• Training experience and qualifications (ACTA / ACLP, etc)
• Relevant qualification in the related discipline
• Proven experience in curriculum development, class management, training, as well as development of industry networks and collaborations that drive strategic retail initiatives

8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Thursday
8.30am to 5.30pm, Friday
