Job Description
$6K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities
- Conduct regular market research, prepare and present weekly presentation slides on market trends and competitors\' sales.
- To lead in conceptualization and development of sales gallery and show units.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to obtain approval to open sales gallery for preview.
- Ensure sales gallery and show units are in smooth operation.
- Appoint and manage marketing agencies to ensure sales targets are met.
- Compile sales kit and conduct briefing (virtual and physical) to agents for new launches.
- Formulate pricing strategies as well as execute marketing plans and activities.
- Review and process agents\' commission on time and with accuracy.
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing or Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel with acumen for numbers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
