Marketing Manager, Singapore - APAC International Marketing
Duration: 12 Month Contract (Maternity Leave)

Our Client:

Client: Fortune 500 Social Media Company

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to build and execute marketing initiatives to business audiences across Singapore.
In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer-centric programs and initiatives for our Singapore market. You will have the ability to identify customer insights and the opportunity this presents for the business, whilst clearly articulating the role marketing can play.
You will balance both strategy and execution, building full-funnel marketing plans that are deployed across multiple channels including digital, events, sales enablement, trade partnerships and more. The ability to measure, evaluate and optimise impact will be critical.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about strategy and creative, yet equally willing to roll up their sleeves to execute.
In this role you will partner very closely with cross functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Science, Comms and Policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the Singapore marketing plan, including program prioritisation, audience segmentation and budget tracking
  • Ideate, build and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that span digital, events, sales enablement and trade
  • Turn industry and customer insights into powerful storytelling and marketing content that spans narratives, case studies and sales toolkits
  • Hands-on execution of customer experiences and events that bring our key messages and narratives to life
  • Demonstrate strong measurement rigor, evaluating and optimising programs to drive clear incremental revenue and product adoption
  • Build collaborative and effective partnerships with XFN teams, influencing and driving alignment of shared goals.
  • Building strategies - creating marketing plans (managing marketing calendar and aligning it with different stakeholders), executing events (by partnering with sales team).
Qualification:
  • 8+ years experience in a B2B and/or B2C marketing role
  • Experience across APAC and ideally Singapore, with deep knowledge of the advertising and marketing industries
  • Experience in building and executing multi-channel marketing programs with proven business impact
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and ability to turn complex solutions into relatable actions
  • Demonstrated ability to practice agility and lean into high priority workstreams
  • Proven experience communicating effectively; collaborating and influencing strategically across cross-functional partners
