Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms -- including SEM, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), and email marketing -- with a focus on driving high-quality leads and measurable ROI.
Support outreach-led offline avenues such as corporate wellness partnerships, health events, roadshows, and strategic community tie-ups.
Continuously identify new channels and campaign formats to educate the public, raise awareness, build trust, and position the Group as the preferred solution for lasting relief.
2. Website & Funnel Optimisation
Work with internal teams and vendors to optimise the website for education, leads, considering user journey, and conversion funnel
Work with content writers for content distribution across media
Continuously A/B test landing pages, forms, and call-to-actions to improve website performance metrics
3. Outreach for Brand Awareness & Partnerships
Develop outreach strategies to engage corporates, communities, and online media platforms for joint branding opportunities
Plan and support outreach activities such as health talks, sponsored articles, events, or partnerships that enhance brand credibility and reach
4. Retargeting & Conversion
Work with internal teams and vendors to re-engage existing leads through email marketing, retargeted ads, and lead-nurture campaigns
Track and improve lead-to-patient conversion through CRM and automation tools
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance across platforms
Present insights on CPL (cost per lead), CTR, ROAS, and conversion performance to guide future strategy
Drive continuous improvements using data-informed decisions
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in performance or digital marketing (healthcare/wellness industry a bonus)
Good understanding of paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn), SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc)
Experience in lead generation, conversion funnels, and retargeting strategies
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and copywriting skills for content-driven campaigns
Comfortable with outreach, corporate engagement, and handling agency/vendor collaboration
Salary and title will commensurate with experience
