Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Generate sales leads based on manufacturing/retail industry and optimize through Above The Line Marketing (ATL) and Below The Line Marketing (BTL).
Work cohesively with department heads to manage cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and budgets.
Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; define market, competitor\'s share, and competitor\'s strengths and weaknesses, including working with sales/business development to forecast projected business and establish targeted market share.
Execute and lead planning and execution of tradeshow, conferences, seminars, event, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
Oversee and manage all existing digital platforms including websites, marketing automation tools and social media channels to ensure consistency in delivering key messages. Implement and manage new digital tools.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management / Business Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing Management (including Product Launching) are highly preferred.
Strong inter-personal skills with proven track record working with cross-functional teams.
Social Media Marketing (Facebook Business / Linkedin Business)
