Job Description
- Position: Marketing Manager (Business Development)
- Location: Pasir Panjang
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Performance Bonus + 20 Days Annual Leave
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Education
- Provide strategic input into the development of annual marketing plans, recruitment targets and budget for the domestic market
- Achieve student recruitment targets and report on performance against key initiatives and enrolment targets
- Achieve sales and student recruitment, business development.
- Deliver domestic market insight and accurate forecasts through regular and detailed reports
- Coordinate, participate and evaluate student marketing and recruitment strategies and campaign activities, including joint activities
- Contribute to marketing material and content including social media marketing and communications
- Work closely with the Admissions team regarding student applications and acceptance process
- Supervise and work closely with the Marketing Officer to handle domestic student pipeline management and in market partner engagement
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Minimum Diploma and 3 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge and experience working in the education sector to develop sales and recruitment strategies would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
