Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and client engagement.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn, company website, and email newsletters.
Oversee the preparation of marketing collateral (brochures, capability statements, presentations).
Organise and support industry events, webinars, and client workshops.
Work closely with BD and technical teams to align marketing with business goals.
Track campaign effectiveness and prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in engineering, construction, or technical industries.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Creative mindset with good writing and visual communication skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of Singapore's engineering and infrastructure landscape is a plus.
