Our client, a leading global bank, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Digital Marketer to drive the growth strategy for institutional banking in Singapore and other key markets worldwide. Some of the key responsibilities will include

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to grow the bank\xe2\x80\x99s institutional business in Singapore and other global markets, while also supporting the overall growth of the bank.
  • Lead the development of the marketing strategy, including end-to-end marketing plans, digital marketing strategies, content management, and events strategy, ensuring they are effectively executed.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand client segments and behaviours and translate these insights into meaningful marketing strategies that drive commercial growth.
  • Manage vendor relationships and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize results and ROI.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously adapt strategies and approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on marketing performance, and use data to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.


To be eligible for this role you will require

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, and vendor management, with experience in budget management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to drive marketing strategies.
  • Excellent command of English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, global environment.
