As a Marketing Manager in Skyone, you are required to:

Lead and coach a team of telesales executives to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets Recruit and train new hires quickly and effectively Monitor and manage the performance of internal and external telesales team Maintain leads generation, validate and collaborate with the Sales Team Report directly to the Director with full accountability for your individual and team's KPI Quick-thinking and achievement-oriented Ability to work independently and in a team, with good workplace integrity Build a strong team culture that balances high performance with zero politics Ability to manage Company's social media accounts would be a plus point Prior experience in telesales would be an advantage
General Information:

5 day work-week, Mon to Fri 10am-6pm 5 min walking distance from Tai Seng MRT Fun and energetic office environment accompanied with recreational amenities
