Job Description

• Position : Marketing Manager (Industrial Safety Products/Campaign Launching) - Up to $7000
• Location : Wesst - Bukit Batok
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7000 + Variable Bonus + Transport Reimbursable + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversees all marketing aspects of the company, lead and manage all marketing efforts
• Create brand awareness to promote business and grow market share
• Conduct market research, analyze market trends and competitor research, to develop marketing strategies
• Preparation and managing of marketing budget and plan, with quarterly and annual reports to senior management
• Manage all marketing campaigns/activities (e.g. branding, advertisements, events, sales promotion, social media, email
• marketing etc)
• Communicate and align marketing strategic goals with respective department
• Executing the campaign from ideation to ROI analysis, budget management and refinement
• Collaborate and build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders such as principals, marketing and creative vendors
• Manage public relations and tackle internal and external problems, if any
• Work with creative and external parties to create engaging and informative content, to increase brand awareness and customer outreach

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar; with at least 4-5 years experience in sales and marketing.
• Project Management Skills Quggle multiple projects, efficient planning and execution)
• Knowledge with organic and paid marketing channels (e.g. SEO, content marketing, digital platforms, presentation software, etc)
• Interpersonal skills, networking and communication both externally and internally
• Analvtical skills (for market trends, customer needs, competitors, campaign ROls, etc)
• Billingual in both english and mandarin to communiciate with chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.
