We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Manager for the PSS business in APACI, to join our team in Singapore. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing marketing strategies focused on engaging and retaining our existing customer base. Your primary objective will be to drive customer loyalty, satisfaction, and advocacy by implementing targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Segmentation and Targeting:

\xc2\xb7 Analyze customer data to identify segments and their unique characteristics.

\xc2\xb7 Develop targeted marketing strategies and promotions based on customer segments.

\xc2\xb7 Work with the marketing analytics team to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

2. Customer Retention and Loyalty Programs:

\xc2\xb7 Design and implement customer retention programs to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.

\xc2\xb7 Develop loyalty initiatives, referral programs, and exclusive offers to reward and retain customers.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with customer support and product teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

3. Email and CRM Marketing:

\xc2\xb7 Create and manage personalized email marketing campaigns to engage and re-engage customers.

\xc2\xb7 Utilize the CRM system to track customer interactions and segment data effectively.

\xc2\xb7 Implement automation workflows to nurture leads and customers.

4. Customer Advocacy:

\xc2\xb7 Identify and nurture brand advocates among the customer base.

\xc2\xb7 Encourage customer reviews, testimonials, and case studies to promote positive word-of-mouth.

\xc2\xb7 Work with the content team to create customer-centric marketing collateral.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the regional and global marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer marketing efforts.

\xc2\xb7 Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting campaign success and areas for improvement.

7. Market Research:

\xc2\xb7 Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for customer engagement.

8. Product Launch Strategy:

\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches in Singapore.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to identify target customer segments, competitors, and market trends.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with product management and development teams to define product features and benefits based on customer insights.

9. Product Positioning and Messaging:

\xc2\xb7 Craft clear and compelling product positioning that differentiates our offerings in the market.

\xc2\xb7 Create impactful messaging that resonates with the target audience and addresses their pain points.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

10. Marketing Campaigns and Collateral:

\xc2\xb7 Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand for our products.

\xc2\xb7 Develop marketing collateral, including product guides, sales materials, and presentations.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging content for various marketing channels.

11. Sales Enablement:

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell the products.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct product training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and positioning.

12. Market Intelligence:

\xc2\xb7 Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

\xc2\xb7 Use market insights to identify opportunities and drive product improvements.

13. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

\xc2\xb7 Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and product adoption metrics.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations.

14. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies and initiatives.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6 years of experience in channel marketing and/or product marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC market and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in B2B product marketing is a plus.
