In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better
You will activate the service roadmap with a time horizon of 1-3 year for an innovative offering range with partly new functionality and technologies. Define proposals for the mid-term marketing strategy, translates the mid-term roadmap into concrete offering activation strategies and implement the medium-term business plans, goals and product roadmap. This role will also be a great opportunity to bring Marketing experience and Business Development capability to fruition.
You are responsible for
Marketing
Coordinate with global team on marketing content calendar and work with APAC Marketing Operations team to activate
Monitor performance of digital marketing campaign and work on continuous optimization with Marketing Operations
Support districts in all marketing initiatives (events /webinars) professionalizing content and delivery
Drive Innovative projects e.g. Customer Success @ Scale, Website optimization to reduce bounce rate etc.
Champion sales enablement initiatives to drive more integral and holistic approach across customer facing activities across districts
Support the Business Marketing & Sales Leaders in our Health Systems businesses in the Business Market Combination (BMC) process – prioritizing customer segments, products, services, and solutions, with a focus on marketing enablers and marketing metrics
Provide Market, Customer and Competitor Insights and Trends, and Usage and Attitude Insights regularly to the Business
Business Development
Own end to end marketing planning and activation of Technology Maximizer across the region
Build product awareness and coordinate trainings for local teams with the support of global
Design and activate strategies with local Account Managers to achieve AOP growth (100% growth)
Deploy sales enablement tools and ensure usage by Account Managers
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Possess a Bachelor or Masters Degree
12 – 15 years of working experience with proven track record of formulating services marketing and sales strategies/concept, growing business propositions, and P&L management including revenue and margin management.
Experience in marketing technology, in the healthcare domain, including localizing value propositions to unique customers and markets
Strong customer focus and mindset
Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
Independent and comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to perform effectively in a complex matrix environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
Having a LEAN Mindset
