About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Marketing Manager
to lead and oversee our brand's social media presence, public relations strategies, marketing campaigns, and e-commerce operations. This role requires a creative strategist with strong leadership skills, capable of driving brand growth, enhancing customer engagement, and maximizing online sales.
Key Responsibilites
Social Media and Community Management
Lead social media strategy, content creation, posting schedules & community engagement
Plan and execute PR campaigns, events, and media outreach to build brand reputation
Manage influencer partnerships & collaborations
Marketing Strategy
Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Track, measure, and report campaign effectiveness, optimizing for better ROI.
E-commerce Management
Oversee all brand official stores, ensuring optimal product presentation, pricing, and promotions.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing management with exposure to social media, PR, and e-commerce.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in social media management tools, e-commerce platforms, and analytics software.
