Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the delivery of marketing campaigns for Small Business customers and Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners. Working closely with regional marketing, global marketing, PR & comms, creative teams, as well as sales and operations teams and external agencies, you'll deliver on the regional marketing plan.
You will work with stakeholders across the business to implement marketing activity ranging from tactical initiatives to multi-channel campaigns to effectively achieve the business'brand and commercial goals, reporting against KPIs. You'll be highly collaborative, someone who thrives on working with a variety of teams and stakeholders to deliver beautiful, compelling campaigns.
You'll have a creative flair, and considerate of customer needs. You will be naturally motivated by the impact of the work you do and feel an urgency to deliver outcomes that can be clearly measured.
What You'll Do:
Campaigns Marketing:
Work with creative teams and channel owners to execute planned marketing activity, incorporating digital marketing, content marketing, email, TV, BVOD, Radio, OOH, direct mail, events, PR/comms, sales enablement, education and other relevant
channels
Hone your copywriting skills and act as a layer of quality control
Collaborate with CRM and Sales Ops teams to ensure leads are correctly assigned to Sales teams and nurture campaigns
Measuring Performance:
Support with the creation of reporting and insights for Marketing leadership
Embed measurement and optimisation into your campaign activity, seeking continuous improvement
Customer champion
Develop a deep understanding of what delivers results and what resonates with target
Support the execution of the activities that surprises and delight our customers
Manage collaborative marketing funds and day-to-day marketing queries
Success looks like

Understanding of the contribution to SB Direct business, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and sales pipeline volumes
