Marketing Manager
to lead our brand-building and growth journey.
You get to have the creative freedom and ownership to shape the brand's direction. This role is ideal for someone who excels in content creation, campaign development, and community engagement and wants to see their ideas come to life across multiple platforms.
Formal qualifications (e.g., degree) and marketing experience are a plus, but not a must. If you have the vision, creativity, and skills to take on this role, we want to hear from you.
Roles & Responsibilities
Create and manage content across platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, Xiao Hong Shu (???).
Develop, implement, and oversee
marketing strategies
to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
Plan and execute
campaigns
across social media, digital ads, PR, and offline activations.
Ensure
brand consistency
across all platforms and touchpoints.
Build strong relationships with
influencers, media, and industry partners
.
Conceptualise and design
marketing collaterals
(menus, posters, event visuals, digital ads).
Organise
promotions, events, and product launches
to engage and grow audiences.
Track, analyse, and report
campaign performance
with clear ROI.
Stay ahead of
trends and customer insights
to keep the brand relevant.
Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to align marketing with business goals.
Requirements
Strong in
content creation, writing, and visual storytelling
.
Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
Able to work independently in a
fast-paced environment
and juggle projects.
Passionate about food, brand building, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Relevant marketing experience
(F&B, lifestyle, or retail experience preferred).
Proficient in
social media management
, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and Meta/Google Ads.
A strong network of influencers, media, and industry partners will be a bonus.
