Our client, an F&B company, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive revenue and enhance brand presence. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan a marketing calendar and tactical promotions to drive revenue for the organisation. Identify key dates and events as part of the marketing planning process. Establish milestones and allocate resources for marketing initiatives. Formulate communication strategies and disseminate the plan to the team. Review and adjust the marketing plan as necessary. Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including collecting and analysing key data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement marketing promotions for designated brands, ensuring seamless execution. Oversee and manage the development and production of marketing collaterals. Perform fact-checking, copy-editing, and proofreading marketing materials. Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Assistant Director / Senior Manager.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector. Proven ability to develop and implement marketing calendars and promotional campaigns. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple stakeholders. Experience in crafting communication strategies and leading cross-functional execution. Proficient in analysing marketing data and translating insights into actionable strategies. Excellent command of English and Chinese to perform copy-editing, proofreading, and other tasks related to the development of marketing materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Familiarity with production of marketing collaterals, including working with designers, agencies, and vendors.
