What You'll Do

1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand positioning.
Strengthen the brand's image in the
wellness, aromatherapy, and spa industry
through creative campaigns and storytelling.
Manage brand consistency across all platforms (digital, retail, packaging, events, media).
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities in the wellness and aromatherapy space.

2. B2B & Retail Channel Development
Build and maintain strong partnerships with
corporate clients, spas, hotels, and distributors

Identify and expand new
B2B business opportunities
across local and regional markets.
Drive
retail and e-commerce
marketing plans to increase brand visibility and sales performance.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent branding and customer experience across all touchpoints.

3. Campaigns, Events & Promotions
Plan and oversee
marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events

Collaborate with event organizers and partners to maximize brand exposure.
Manage seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, and loyalty programs.

4. Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
Lead digital marketing initiatives including
social media, website, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and EDMs

Create engaging and educational content that promotes the brand's values and product benefits.
Monitor performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

5. Product Marketing & Launches
Work with the product development team to launch new
aromatherapy and skincare products

Develop pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies.
Prepare marketing materials and sales kits for B2B partners and retail outlets.

6. Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor a small marketing team, guiding creative, digital, and brand executives.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Present monthly marketing reports and performance reviews to management.
? What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in
Marketing, Business, or related field
At least
5 years of experience
in marketing within the
beauty, spa, or wellness industry
Strong background in
brand building, digital marketing, and B2B business development
Creative mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
Experience in leading campaigns, managing agencies, and coordinating with sales and retail teams
