Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive business growth, and attract new clients. The role involves overseeing digital and offline marketing campaigns, managing promotional activities, coordinating with sales and management teams, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with company objectives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and branding strategies to promote company services and products. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and customer trends. Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website updates, email marketing, and online advertising. Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements. Plan and organize promotional events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and return on investment (ROI). Maintain and update customer and lead databases using CRM tools. Prepare regular marketing reports and presentations for management review. Build relationships with media, partners, and clients to enhance brand reputation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:



Degree or Diploma

in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline. Minimum

3-5 years of relevant experience

in marketing, preferably in construction, engineering, or service industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital platforms, and customer engagement. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

,

Canva

,

Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator

, and social media management tools. Knowledge of

SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics

(advantage). Creative thinker with analytical and strategic planning ability. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Team-oriented with leadership qualities and attention to detail.

WORKING CONDITIONS:



Full-time position. Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Work location: Corporate office or as assigned by company management. * Occasional travel for marketing events or client meetings may be required.
