Ceramique Aesthetics is a one-stop beauty and wellness specialist providing face, body and hair removal services, and sale of beauty products in both online and offline stores.
We are expanding and looking out for talented individual who are experienced in Marketing and Business Development to join.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies Business Development New Clientele acquisition Customer retention Social Media marketing Influencers marketing Brand management PR and Communications Building a community and brand ambassadors E-commerce website (Magento) and e-marketplaces Creating contents Corporate Partnership
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
minimum of 3 years of marketing experience Preferred experience in Beauty / Retail industry Proficient in implementing and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns. Proficient in social media marketing and content strategies. Ability to create popular and relevant content that generates sales opportunities. Solid knowledge of social media platforms and data analytics tools (Google Analytics) Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or other relevant field Candidates who have obtained relevant digital marketing certificates (Facebook blueprint/Google) are a plus Ability to take initiative and work independently Proactive and creative/strategic thinker * Able to handle stress and tight timeline submission
