Job Description

The

Marketing Manager

will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen The Providore's brand identity, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across cafe, retail, and e-commerce channels. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, as well as hands-on involvement in campaigns, content creation, and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities



Brand & Strategy



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with The Providore's brand vision and business goals. Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, both online and offline. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Campaigns & Promotions



Plan, execute, and monitor seasonal campaigns, product launches, and collaborations. Work closely with operations, retail, and cafe teams to support promotional activities that drive traffic and sales. Evaluate campaign performance through data-driven insights and report outcomes to management.

Digital Marketing & Content



Oversee The Providore's digital presence -- including social media, website, email marketing, and e-commerce content. Develop engaging storytelling content that reflects the brand's lifestyle and values. Manage paid digital campaigns and track key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, ROI).

Partnerships & Community Engagement



Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and collaborators. Identify and lead brand partnerships that enhance visibility and align with The Providore's positioning. Coordinate brand events, workshops, and community activities that foster brand loyalty.

Creative Direction



Work with internal teams and creative agencies to produce marketing materials, including photography, menus, packaging, and visuals. Ensure high standards of design and communication that embody The Providore's brand identity.

Leadership & Reporting



Lead and mentor members of the marketing team. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the

F&B, retail, or lifestyle industry

. Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution. Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple projects. * Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite).
