Key Roles and Responsibilities:



1. Strategic and Marketing Planning


Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify market opportunities for engineering products/services through analysis and trend monitoring. Collaborate with leadership to define positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
2. Market Research & Competitive Analysis


Conduct market studies to understand industry needs, customer pain points, and technology trends. Analyze competitors' offerings, marketing tactics, and performance to differentiate the company effectively. Track government regulations, standards, and innovations impacting the engineering sector.
3. Product/Service Marketing


Develop messaging and value propositions for engineering solutions. Translate complex technical information into clear, compelling marketing content. Work closely with engineering and product teams to support new product development and launch.
4. Quality Control


Ensure product design and production meet quality standards and customer expectations. Implement quality control measures and drive improvements in the production process. Review testing results and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
5. Sales & Business Development Support


Develop tools and collateral to support the sales team. Align marketing efforts with sales cycles, procurement processes, and technical evaluation steps. Conduct joint visits or presentations to customers with business development teams when needed.
6. Brand Management & Positioning


Build and maintain a strong brand presence in targeted engineering fields. Ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging across platforms. Promote corporate values such as innovation, sustainability, or precision engineering.
7. Digital Marketing & Analytics


Manage the company's digital presence: website, social media, online directories. Use analytics tools to track engagement, leads, and conversion metrics. Regularly report on marketing KPIs and ROI to senior management.
8. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement


Collaborate with existing clients to create success stories and testimonials. Manage feedback loops to inform engineering teams about market needs or dissatisfaction. Organize customer appreciation and educational events.
9. Event Management & Industry Presence


Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Plan and manage participation in industry forums and technical expos. Leverage speaking engagements or panel discussions to build credibility.


Skills / Experience Requirement:



1. Educational Background


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing & Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Advanced certifications in project management or engineering leadership are a plus.
2. Experience


Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management position. Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects from concept to production. Strong understanding of technical products, engineering workflows, or industrial services. Experience with quality control, supply chain management, and process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
3. Technical Skills


Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.Strong understanding of technical products, engineering workflows, or industrial services. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the company's products and markets.
4. Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving


Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of efficiently leading teams, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring on-time project delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners, influencing decision-making. Strong problem-solving and innovation skills, able to analyze complex issues and continuously drive product and process improvements.
5. Adaptability and Flexibility


Ability to adapt to changing priorities, market demands, and technological trends. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
