We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at The Zall Bookstores. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention, enhance brand awareness, organise events and art galleries, and promote sales growth. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the art gallery, including building relationships with collectors and artists, organising exhibitions and events, and overseeing the sales and outreach efforts to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in the art gallery industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and customer surveys to gather insights and inform marketing decisions.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to continuously improve results.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to execute marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop promotional initiatives to support product launches and sales goals.
  • Develop marketing strategies for the art gallery and events, including developing promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and working with PR firms to generate media coverage.
  • Build relationships with key collectors and artists to drive sales and establish the gallery\'s reputation as a go-to destination for contemporary art.
  • Drive sales through targeted outreach and engagement with the gallery\'s audience, including developing special events and promotions to generate interest and sales.
  • Manage the art gallery\'s budget, ensuring that expenses are aligned with revenue goals and that marketing expenditures are generating a positive ROI.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the art gallery, including managing the gallery staff, organising exhibitions and events, and ensuring that the gallery is maintained to a high standard.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience in the art gallery industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English.
