We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced marketing professional who\xe2\x80\x99s passionate about all things marketing and tech to join our team! The role will support the Marketing Director in demand generation initiatives to support the growth plans of the company across our offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lead gen campaigns to deliver and accelerate pipeline, including but not limited to digital campaigns, content syndication, in-person/virtual events, co-marketing campaigns, etc
• Own campaign performance \xe2\x80\x93 monitor and optimise campaigns to drive MQLs through the sales funnel, ensuring the leads are tracked, scored and assigned accordingly
• Develop and re-purpose marketing content to support brand amplification and demand generation activities
• Develop, manage and optimise content for website and social media channels to build brand awareness, thought leadership position and leads pipeline
• Reporting and tracking of marketing ROI and KPIs
• Monitor competitive landscape and provide key insights and recommendations to improve our marketing campaigns

• Provide support on other marketing initiatives where needed

Requirements * Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Comms, Arts or other related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital, content or event marketing, preferably in B2B tech
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO is essential; experience with Salesforce, Pardot or Marketo preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, including strong copywriting skills. Additional Asian languages is a bonus
• Good project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously within deadlines
• Keen eye for detail, analytical and data-driven, with a relentless desire to continually improve and optimise campaign performance
