Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company\'s reputation and drive qualified traffic;
Handle CRM program through SMS blast, EDM blast and in-store collaterals
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Develop and implement new customers acquisition, retention and traffic-driving campaigns across digital channels
Contribute to the tie-ups with bloggers and influencers and prepare press kits for bloggers and media
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing activities by submitting post-event/post-promotional activities report to analyse effectiveness of each promotion
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
Motivate and train staff to achieve goals in all digital marketing platforms
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
Manage and coordinate innovative creation solution to develop content on digital channels
Create content strategies for digital media.
Proofread copy to verify content accuracy
Requirements:
3 years of marketing experience is a MUST
Good knowledge in the beauty market
Fluent in English and Mandarin in order to handle queries and feedbacks from English and Mandarin speaking customers
Strong attention to details
Good team work
Must have passion and self motivation to work
