About The Role:

The Marketing Manager, APAC will lead our ongoing growth in the region by managing integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, demand and sales pipeline for Kyriba. Responsibilities will include strategy development and execution across tactics, including advertising, email marketing, sponsorships, events, social media and more.

Campaigns will be aligned with the buyer\xe2\x80\x99s journey and require cross-functional collaboration among teams within marketing and across Kyriba. Additionally, this role will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.

The Marketing Manager, APAC will work closely with Corporate Marketing to leverage content, experience and best practices. In addition, the team member will work in close alignment with sales and account teams to develop campaigns that support sales goals across target buyers and existing accounts.

The successful candidate will bring passion, high energy and enthusiasm to the role and will have demonstrated contribution to driving demand in prior positions. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who has a sound understanding of marketing mix optimization, strong analytical and the desire to build productive working relationships with key stakeholders.

This position will report to the Senior Director, Global Demand Generation, and be located in our Singapore office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns for prospects and clients
  • Work cross-functionally to plan and execute the marketing plan
  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals
  • Proactively communicate plans and tactical details across executives, sales and marketing to build strong relationships and alignment
  • Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects; drive continual optimization of campaign performance
  • Collaborate with creative team to develop effective marketing assets to support programs
  • Understand and keep up with industry trends that impact and highlight customer pain points to help target messaging
  • Align tactics (such as events, webinars, online advertising, content syndication, outbound emails, target account advertising, etc.) and content to the buyer\xe2\x80\x99s journey
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize efforts for future improvement
  • Evaluate and manage outside vendors, as appropriate
  • Adhere to budget
Education, Experience and Skills:
  • 6-15 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing
  • Experience marketing SaaS and cloud-based solutions strongly preferred
  • Proven track record developing marketing strategies for APAC region
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with the ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially with Sales and Support
  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred) and knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Ability to learn new MarTech tools as needed
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data based on KPIs to make day-to-day business decisions
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Limited travel required
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree preferred
