As the Marketing Manager, your role entails taking charge of all marketing and communication initiatives for our client in Singapore and Malaysia. You will have the autonomy and responsibility to propel our client\'s success in these markets, serving as the primary resource for understanding the market dynamics, including consumers, industry trends, and competition. We are seeking a versatile marketer who can seamlessly transition between strategic planning and hands-on execution, as well as balance creativity with analytical thinking.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive go-to-market strategies across the entire customer journey. These plans encompass brand building, increasing platform exposure, driving transactions, and fostering long-term growth.
  • Formulate and take ownership of quarterly marketing plans that align with the overall objectives of the company.
  • Utilize your expertise to conceive impactful campaigns that are relevant and stand out in the market. Execute these campaigns across various channels such as partnerships, social media, public relations, affiliates, and influencer collaborations, demonstrating agility and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborate within the central matrix structure, working across marketing and commercial departments, to drive synergies and maximize effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of 360 B2C marketing experience with notable brands, demonstrating a growth mindset and the ability to make significant brand advancements.
  • Creative skills to effectively cut through the noise and resonate with Singaporean and Malaysian consumers.
  • Data-driven mindset to evaluate marketing impact and make necessary adjustments to plans.
  • Proficiency in all marketing channels, from top-of-funnel to lower-funnel strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill and effectively communicate ideas.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with performance, content, and other relevant teams.
